To fix the search box issue please double check the HTML code under “sidebar-search-wrapper” DIV and compare with the HTML code from the original theme templates.
The form wizard demo requires a form since the form validation is based on actual form tag object. If you need to remove the form tag then you will need to customize the demo to adapt your requirements.

I have double checked. I have copied from the source file exactly as it is.
We are implementing to asp.net web form.
We have a masterpage where we have header, sidebar and footer.
On the content part we show what we want. (where i show form wizard)
