    Hi,

How do you make the fixed sidebar compact and collapsible even if it doesn’t have any items yet? The same with the default that it will adjust its height according to the number of sidebar items it can fit. However, in the fixed-sidebar layout, there is a long white background if I haven’t have any items place in there. I want the scroll to only activate if the amount of sidebar items have already exceeded.

    Please see screenshot.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You can programmatically manage this from your server side code. If the sidebar has no item you can collapse it by adding “page-sidebar-closed” class to the body element and “page-sidebar-menu-closed” class to “page-sidebar-menu” DIV.

If you need any further clarifications please let us know.

    Thanks.
