    Hi :),

    Please try to change <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>errorPlacement function in form-wizard.js with below code</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”> use below code </span>

    errorPlacement: function(error, element) { // render error placement for each input type
    if (element.parent(“.input-group”).size() === 1) {
    error.insertAfter(element.parent(“.input-group”));
    } else if (element.attr(“name”) == “gender”) {
    error.insertAfter(“#form_gender_error”);
    } else if (element.attr(“name”) == “payment[]”) {
    error.insertAfter(“#form_payment_error”);
    } else {
    error.insertAfter(element);
    }
    }

    If you need any further assistance please let us know

    Thanks.
