Thanks for your feedback. If possible could you please clarify your question with some more details ?
Do you need to have 2 stackable modals without showing the backdoor for each modal as per the screenshot ? Or you want to still keep the backdoor but without bg color ? Please refer to the demo: demo http://keenthemes.com/preview/metronic/theme/admin_1/ui_modals.html.

I mean in Metronic stackable modals the backdoor doesn’t appear behind the modal. It appears behind the parent modal. If you see the bootstrap stackable modal you can see the differences.
Here you can see the example of a bootstrap stackable modal. Each modal has its own backdoor/overlay background.

This is a known issue of native bootstrap modal. As a workaround you can use the bootstrap extended modal plugin as shown here: http://keenthemes.com/preview/metronic/theme/admin_1/ui_extended_modals.html
