What are included in the purchased package?
The purchased package includes a full source code and all the features shown in the preview site of the product.
What are the minimal requirements to use admin themes?
Keenthemes products are built with HTML, SASS, jQuery, Bootstrap 4 and Angular 8 and it can be used to build any web application regardless used server side languages and technologies. To run the Metronic build tasks you will need to install nodejs, npm, yarn, sass, gulp, webpack, angular-cli and others.

KeenThemes offers a variety of products and licenses to fit your needs, but it essentially boils down to three main categories:
1. ThemeForest Standard License: (Applies to Metronic)
- Use on a single project (website or application)
- Modify for your needs
- Distribute free or commercially (requires Extended License)
- Restrictions: Cannot resell, redistribute source files, use in multiple projects
2. Keenthemes All-in License: (Applies to Keenthemes Market products)
- Unlimited use in any end product, including SaaS
- Modify or combine with other products
- Use graphics separately
- Transfer license ownership to a client
- Restrictions: No Open Source products, serial installations, redistributing/selling the item
3. Getbootstrap Theme Licenses: (Applies to Bootstrap Market products)
- Standard: One end product, non-commercial, no source code redistribution
- Multisite: Up to 5 end products, commercial allowed, no source code redistribution
- Extended: Unlimited end products, commercial allowed, source code redistribution with restrictions

Purchased licenses have no expiration date and they do not require any recurring payment.
How can I upgrade from a Solo Developer to a Team license?

What kind of support is available?
Keenthemes provide basic and premium support via support@keenthemes.com. Basic support team will help you to find answers from product documentation. Premium support team will help to solve development issues related to our product.
How long is support valid for?
Basic support is always free and available for everyone.
After purchasing you get 6 months of premium support. After the premium period ends, you can extend it at the Downloads page at the keenthemes.com.
How can I open a support ticket?
To be eligible to request the technical support you must have purchased the theme and have at least one active support subscription. For the email support you must provide your license info for us to mark you as “verified customer” in your email support system.
When you send a support request please do describe your issue with more details. If you can provide a link to your developing site then this can help us to solve your issue more faster. Upon submitting a bug report, we will take it as a high priority case and we will release the fix with upcoming releases or we can send the fix to a customer via email if the customer needs the fix urgently.
What is not covered by your support ?
We do not support individual customization requests, but we tend to advise and show direction on customization requests that customers ask. Also server side implementation(php, .net, java, login, database connection, etc) is not covered by our support since our products are an HTML themes and its not fully functional admin panels or applications.
Keenthemes support only covers frontend issues and development. All backend integration and development issues(e.g: php, .net, mysql, java, etc) are not covered by our support since the backend implementation is the responsibility of buyers.
