Support Overview

Our support primarily covers all pre and post-sales questions, basic product related questions, and bug reports. You can send in your requests to our support forum at devs.keenthemes.com. You can also follow us on Twitter to get the latest news and updates regarding our themes.

Eligibility

All products(Bootstrap HTML, Vue, React, Angular, Laravel themes and solutions) purchases via our authorized 3rd party or own marketplaces and/or partners are eligible for the complementary frontend support. This complementary support has no expiry, as long as you have a valid purchase code, you are eligible for our frontend support. Please note that you will need to provide your valid purchase code when you send in your enquiries.

Submission Tips

When submitting your enquiry, we recommend that you try and fill in as much details as possible for us to fully grasp your request. This will in-turn help us solve your concerns accurately and efficiently.

Bug Reports

You can also submit any bugs that you may have found whilst developing your project using 1 of our themes. Once a bug report is submitted, it will be flagged as a high priority case for us to fix and release on the next update. We will also be able to assist your development by sending the solution directly to you if a hotfix is required urgently.

License Notice

A single license can be used only for one client and deployment. Each use of the theme requires a separate license. We hope you will follow the rules as it will help us to continue supporting our themes and providing a free future updates..

Out of Scope Support

While we would certainly like to support all your questions and reports. It is unfortunate that we do not have the manpower to do so. Therefore, any enquiries that are related to server-side / backend implementations are not supported by us. E.g. PHP, .NET, Java, login / database connections, etc. Only frontend enquiries that are provided within our themes will be supported. You are responsible for all integrations and / or implementations with any server-side requirements for your project.

Third-Party Plugins

All third-party plugins that come pre-installed with our products are complimentary for your project use. However, we are not liable nor support for any functionality, customization, or bug fixes that a third-party plugin may require for your project.

An admin theme is a HTML, CSS, JavaScript template that is used to build the user interface for the admin side of a web application. They usually contain the HTML, CSS code for designs that you can use while building your admin dashboard.

Using admin themes in your projects saves you a lot of time and money simply because you don't need to design and code the frontend templates from scratch and you can get your application up and running in a short time.

The purchased package includes a full source code of SASS, Javascript, HTML, media, compiled assets, build config and documentation files. All demos, apps, pages, components and plugins shown in the preview will be included as well.

Keenthemes products are built with HTML, SASS, jQuery, Bootstrap 4 and Angular 8 and it can be used to build any web application regardless used server side languages and technologies. To run the Metronic build tasks you will need to install nodejs, npm, yarn, sass, gulp, webpack, angular-cli and others.

Payment

Keenthemes uses only 2Checkout gateway. 2Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal, Discover, AliPay, JCM, Dinners Club and many more.

When you make the payment via 2Checkout, 2Checkout sends the invoice to your email you have used in 2Checkout during the purchase.

If you made the payment using 2Checkout, you can refund VAT via your 2Checkout account:

  1. Log in into your 2Checkout account
  2. Find the appropriate order and press "Refund Belated VAT" (enter your VAT ID)

Support

Basic support is always free and available for everyone.

After purchasing you get 6 months of premium support. After the premium period ends, you can extend it at the Downloads page at the keenthemes.com.

We do not support individual customization requests, but we tend to advise and show direction on customization requests that customers ask. Also server side implementation(php, .net, java, login, database connection, etc) is not covered by our support since our products are an HTML themes and its not fully functional admin panels or applications.

Keenthemes support only covers frontend issues and development. All backend integration and development issues(e.g: php, .net, mysql, java, etc) are not covered by our support since the backend implementation is the responsibility of buyers.

When you send a support request please do describe your issue with more details. If you can provide a link to your developing site then this can help us to solve your issue more faster.

Customers are always welcome to ask for feature requests and give suggestions that can improve our premium themes. All feature requests definitely will be considered and the new features will be released with upcoming releases.

Keenthemes provide basic and premium support via support@keenthemes.com. Basic support team will help you to find answers from product documentation. Premium support team will help to solve development issues related to our product.

License

Purchased licenses have no expiration date and they do not require any recurring payment.

If you sell the application with the source code, a new license must be purchased according to the developer count of your customer who is going to work on the delivered project.

If you transfer the project with the source code to your customer, you also need to transfer your license to your customer. No additional license is required for this transfer.
